Before scheduling an appointment via Telehealth, it is required you test the compatibility of your internet connection with the device you plan to use for your appointment (i.e. cell phone, computer, tablet, etc.).  The Internet Speed Test ensures there is internet compatibility with the Telehealth software.

Internet Connection Test Results 

Once the Speed Test is complete, your test results will display as follows:

Speed Test results should fall within the following ranges:

  • PING - should be 300 or less.
  • DOWNLOAD - should be 1.2 or greater.
  • JITTER - should be 50 or less.
  • UPLOAD - should be 1.2 or greater.

Next Steps 

  • If your internet capability is compatible, please inform your Health Care Provider. 
  • If your internet capability is not compatible, please inform your Health Care Provider at your next appointment as other Telehealth solutions may be available to you.
