Privacy The Centre for Health Information places a strong emphasis on the development and enforcement of strong policies and procedures for protecting personal information. As part of its responsibilities for the development of the Newfoundland and Labrador Electronic Health Record, the Centre also strives to be open and transparent about the assessment of the protection of personal information associated with these information systems.
